• Starting pay rate is $.33 per mile for solo and $.38 per mile for teams pulling reefer
• $.40 per mile for teams pulling doubles
• After 6 months a $.01 bonus paid quarterly. After 1 year an additional $.02 bonus paid quarterly for company drivers.

Requirements:

• Minimum age - 23 years
  
• Minimum of 1 full year of over the road verifiable experience over the last 3 years, including mountain, ice, snow, fog, city and rural
  
• Valid CDL license
  
• Minumum of 10 years work history
  
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years
  
• No DUI or DWI in the last 7 years
  
• No felonies involving drugs, ever
  
• No other felonies within the last 10 years
