own authority, pulling our trailer. You can maintain your own identity, but
at the same time, take advantage of our freight network.
Offering:
- Pay rate – 77 % of the line haul rate
- 100% of all billed lumper and unloading pay
- 100% of billed fuel surcharge
- 50% of billed reefer fuel surcharge
- Reefer fuel surcharge on large percentage of loads
- Fuel Card available with fleet discount
- Reefer fuel furnished at the Oklahoma City terminal
- Trippak services provided
- Weekly pay, paperwork in by Tuesday paid on Friday
- Settlements are paid the same week the bill of
ladings are received
- Settlements are direct deposited
- Air-ride company trailers
- Drop and hook available
Requirements:
- Operator to pay $19.00 per week, for unit and
airtime
- Operator to pay $6.85 per week, per tractor, for
Trippak and scanning
- Tractor must pass vehicle inspection
- Owner Operators must have their own operating
authority, base plates and permits
- Primary Auto Liability insurance minimum
$1,000,000, Cargo Insurance minimum $100,000, unidentified trailer
insurance minimum of $50,000
- D & M Carriers, Inc. must be named as
additional insured on insurance certificates
- Owner Operators are
responsible for reporting their own fuel tax
