  • 23 years of age minimum.
  • Class "A" CDL .
  • Refrigerated experience desired (but not required).
  • MUST have 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor/trailer experience within the last 2 years and pass a company drivers road test. Including winter and mountain driving experience.
  • No more than 3 employers within the previous 12 months. (Evaluated per applicant)
  • The following violations / accidents are prohibited within the past 5 years:
  1. No major preventable accidents determined as DOT Recordable Accident ( Trucking Industry Guidelines for Recording Fleet Vehicle Accidents and Determining Preventability)
  2. No more than 2 minor preventable accidents.
  3. No more than 3 moving violations.
  4. No excessive speeding violations. (any speed above 15 Mph in any type of vehicle)
  5. No speeding violations in a school zone or construction zone
  •  The following violations in a non-commercial vehicle are prohibited: Within the past 10 years. *
  1. DUI/DWI/OWI, Failed Chemical Test, Implied Consent.
  2. Reckless, Careless or Neglectful Driving
  3. Speed Contest of Exhibition.
  4. Fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer.
  5. Leaving the scene of an accident.
  6. Operating a Motor Vehicle while suspended (as a result of a moving violation).
  7. Following too close.
  •  The following violations in a CMV are prohibited for Life:  ** and *
  1. Possession of a drug or alcohol.
  2. DWI/DUI/OWI, Failed Chemical Test, Implied Consent.
  3. Leaving the scene of an accident.
  4. Reckless, Careless or Neglectful Driving, (Following Too Close if connected to a preventable accident).
  5. Commission of a felony using a CMV.
  6. Fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer.

Must pass a US DOT Physical Examination and Substance Abuse Screening Test. Must be able to pass a DOT physical. All drivers will take a company US DOT Physical Examination completed by the company DOT certified doctor To include a physical abilities test.

 *As confirmed by a current MVR within 30 days of application for employments

**As confirmed by a current PSP report within 30 days of application of employment
